  • Nope! The beauty of personalized programming and coaching is that your program will be specifically designed for you and your equipment access (among other things). Whether you train at home, in a gym, want to incorporate group fitness, marathon training, etc - your program will be designed for your needs and desires.

  • While clients will be interacting with their coach via daily check-ins and weekly check-ins, it's not uncommon for our clients and coaches to communicate a bit in between check-ins when needed. Typically, the most consistent communication you can expect is via your scheduled weekly check-in. Each check-in is answered via message, video recording, or voice recording, depending on the contents of your coach's response. Each week, you'll be receiving educational and thought-provoking feedback on the contents of your check-in; including any necessary adjustments to your training or nutrition, adjustments to your exercise technique, and more. Ultimately, you can expect consistent and caring communication throughout your journey with us.

  • While we do have a 4 month minimum at Level TEN, it's rare that someone chooses to leave Level TEN upon reaching that 4 month minimum. Most of our clients stay an average of 9+ months - but ultimately, your goals, medical history, current lifestyle, finances, and overall coaching needs will likely impact the timeline in which we work together. We don't want you to need us forever, but we do what you to want us forever.

  • Our monthly coaching rate differs based on your desired coaching package, time commitment, programming options, and chosen payment plan. That said, you can expect our coaching to range from $209-$499 per month - well within the industry standard for evidence-based, comprehensive health coaching. Based on your current needs, commitment levels, and budget, we understand this may seem like a bargain for some, while others may need to hold off until a later date. We'll be able to cover all of the options in more detail on your free, no-obligation consultation call.

  • No need to - that's our job! Your detailed 1:1 coaching application and your free consultation call will give us all the information we need to know regarding your goals, dieting history, medical considerations, lifestyle, pain points, etc so we can accurately choose the coach we believe will be the best fit for your needs. That said, if you do have a specific preference, you can always let us know!

  • Absolutely not. Here at Level TEN, we understand that nutrition is NOT one size fits all. Our job is to meet you where you're at - which means guiding you toward an effective and sustainable approach to your nutrition.
