Level TEN’s Monthly Training Subscription, a complete year of programming to help you become the strongest, most well-rounded athlete.

What is it?

The Well Rounded Athlete training subscription is a monthly training subscription based on 12 months of periodized programming. Periodized programming refers to the intentional manipulation of training variables to optimize performance and prevent overtraining to keep you progressing month after month. Throughout the Well Rounded Athlete training subscription, you’ll be exposed to several different phases and methods of training; each one varying in duration, intensity, or volume planned out over a specific period of time to achieve the objectives of each training block. 

The Well Rounded Athlete works by presenting you with a new training block each month over the course of 12 months. Every two months however, you will be introduced to a new style of training – of which, the previous phase has prepared you for.

What does this look like?

  • Throughout this phase, we'll be working to increase the total amount of work you can perform, recover from, and adapt positively to - which will set you up for success in each of the next consecutive phases.

  • This phase places a large focus on maximizing hypertrophic adaptations while learning a fatigue management strategy that allows for longer and more effective training blocks.

  • This phase is where we focus on gradually increasing your work loads to provide an adequate stimulus for increased strength - while also addressing the neuromuscular adaptations that take place as we get stronger.

  • Now that you've improved your muscle size & strength, you'll be able to adequately produce power. This phase is all about speed & power development - which we'll be working on through explosive movements and workloads.

  • This phase is based on movement patterns that apply to your every day life; think squatting, carrying, etc. Each session is dedicated to providing you with the tools needed to improve your activities of daily living.

  • This last phase is all about tapping into high threshold motor units - the final piece of working to increase your strength & size through ultimate CNS recruitment.

gym Version

The GYM version of the Well Rounded Athlete training subscription utilizes a 4 day training split. The GYM version is perfect for trainees that have FULL GYM ACCESS; think various machines, cable systems, barbells, plates, dumbbells, etc!

Home version

The HOME version of the Well Rounded Athlete training subscription utilizes a 4 day training split. The HOME version of the Well Rounded Athlete is perfect for trainees who have a home gym set-up that includes dumbbells and/or kettlebells as well as resistance bands.

  • Each of our Level TEN training coaches (a team of exercise scientists, kinesiologists, personal trainers, strength coaches, and athletic trainers) have collaborated to build a training program that allows athletes to progress through a series of training methods to become the most Well Rounded Athlete. This type of design structure allows each athlete to improve their work capacity, strength, size, power, endurance, and functionality, all while prioritizing their recovery to keep injury risk low and performance high.

  • The Well Rounded Athlete is for those who wish to become… well…. A Well Rounded Athlete. So, what does it mean to be a Well Rounded Athlete? To us, it means not putting ALL of your “eggs” in one fitness basket. It means expanding your training methods beyond your typical workout plan. It means exposing yourself to, learning about, and performing VARIOUS training methods, styles, and techniques to make you the most well rounded, athletic, version of yourself.

    The Well Rounded Athlete is most suitable for trainees looking to improve their fitness levels while learning about the “why” behind program design and a multitude of training techniques. The Well Rounded Athlete is ideal for those who wish to receive a new fitness program each month delivered right to their inbox, chock full of information, education, exercise demos, and warm up videos.

    NOTE: Each training block utilizes a 4 day training split.

  • The Well Rounded Athlete is NOT for humans looking for personalized or custom training programming, nor is it for those who are seeking nutritional support or 1:1 time with a coach.   • Each month, a new training block will be sent RIGHT to your inbox. Each block includes:

    → What the training block is, the importance of it, and the goals of each block/phase

    → Written and video tutorials from the coach who created the training block

    → Detailed instructions on how to perform each block and each workout specifically

    → Warm up videos for each block,

    Video demonstrations for each exercise of every workout

    → And more!

  • Each athlete can choose between WRA Home or WRA Gym.

    The gym version of WRA will require full gym access: machines, cables, barbells, etc.

    The home version of WRA will require dumbbells and/or kettlebells and resistance bands. You MUST choose between the home version OR the gym version at checkout. You will not be sent both variations unless you purchase two separate subscriptions.

    Should you need to cancel one subscription and join the other (gym shutdowns, etc), this won’t be a problem! Both the home and gym versions of WRA involve a 4 day training split.

Cancelation
policy

Cancellation / No Refund Policy: Athletes can cancel at ANYTIME with NO minimum time commitment - but be aware, only ONE training block is released per month. Meaning, if you want to receive all 6 phases (and 12 training blocks), expect to remain a subscriber for all 12 months. NOTE: Cancellations must be made prior to 48 hours of your next billing cycle. Due to the nature of digital goods, there will be NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Should you need to cancel your subscription, please email info@leveltencoaching.co.
